These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and myself (“I”, “me”, “my”) for Photoshop editing and image retouching services.
By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
I provide professional Photoshop editing services including (but not limited to):
Photo restoration
Retouching
Colour correction
Background removal
Colourisation
Creative effects
Image enhancement
All work is delivered digitally.
I reserve the right to refuse any project at my discretion.
All editing decisions are made using professional judgement to achieve the most natural and appropriate result.
Each image is unique, and results depend on the quality and condition of the original photo. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.
Some editing techniques may involve the use of professional AI-assisted tools within Adobe Photoshop or other trusted software platforms.
By submitting images for editing, you acknowledge that your images may be securely processed using such tools where appropriate to achieve the requested result.
All editing remains under my professional supervision, and your images are never sold, shared, or used for third-party purposes beyond completing your requested work.
Each project includes up to 2 minor revisions, requested within 7 days of delivery.
Minor revisions include small refinements such as:
Major changes, additional edits outside the original scope, or new requests will require an additional quote.
After 7 days, the project will be considered complete and accepted. Any further edits or revision requests after this period will require a new quote.
You may cancel your order before work begins and receive a full refund.
Once work has started, refunds are not available, as time and professional labour will have already been invested into your project.
If I am unable to complete your project for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
By submitting images, you grant permission for edited work to be used for my portfolio, website, and personal promotional purposes (including social media and before-and-after comparisons).
Promotional use is limited to showcasing my work and services. Your images will never be sold, licensed, or distributed to third parties for commercial purposes.
If you prefer your images to remain private, you can opt out by selecting the relevant option in the contact form or by requesting this before work begins. Where such a request is made, your privacy will be fully respected and your images will not be used for any promotional or portfolio purposes.

My total liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Indirect losses
Loss of income
Business losses
Consequences resulting from how edited images are used
After reviewing your request, you will receive a quote confirming pricing and estimated turnaround time.
Full payment is required before work begins.
Work will not start until payment has been received and cleared.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the quote may be withdrawn.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
I will not edit or work with:
Illegal content
Copyrighted material without permission
Fraudulent or deceptive materials
Manipulated legal documents
Harmful or unlawful imagery
If illegal content is submitted, the project will be cancelled immediately. I reserve the right to report illegal material to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
You always retain ownership of your original images.
By submitting images, you confirm that:
You are responsible for ensuring submitted images do not infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
I reserve the right to request proof of ownership or permission to use any submitted image if there is reasonable doubt. Work may be paused or declined until such proof is provided.
I am not liable for any claims arising from unauthorised use of submitted content.
Final images are delivered digitally via secure download (such as WeTransfer, Google Drive, or similar services).
It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store final files after delivery.
Delivered file formats will be confirmed during the quoting stage. Editable project files (such as PSD files) are not included unless agreed in advance.
Final delivered files are stored for up to 14 days after delivery and may then be permanently deleted.
It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store all final files once received.
Edited versions of completed work may be retained for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a privacy request has been made in advance.
Estimated turnaround times are provided with your quote.

Turnaround times are estimates only and specific deadlines are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses are outside of my control and may affect delivery times.
I reserve the right to decline projects that:
Misrepresent individuals
Promote harmful or deceptive practices
Conflict with my professional standards
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes after work has been delivered will be challenged with evidence of completed work and communication records.
By commissioning work, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting me to resolve the issue.
I am not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond my control, including:
Illness
Internet outages
Technical failures
Power interruptions
Natural events
If such events occur, I will communicate as soon as possible.
These services are provided from the United Kingdom.
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
Free resources provided on this website are subject to a separate licence agreement.
By downloading any free resources, you agree to the terms outlined in the applicable licence. These terms include permitted usage and restrictions on redistribution or resale.
